Please confirm your reservation of Haus Brichta with a deposit of € 200.-.
As soon as you receive an acknowledgment about the in-payment your booking is obligatory.
Paying the deposit you accept the General Terms for the Austrian Hotel Industry.

Arrival and departure
are possible every day of the week. On the day of arrival our house is ready for you from 2.00 p.m. If you arrive later than 6.00 p.m. phone us, please.
We kindly ask you to leave at 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Changes of these arrangements are possible if necessary.

Cancellation

We only accept written cancellations by e-mail, fax or letter!
According to the General Terms for the Austrian Hotel Industry you have to calculate the following cancellation fees:
before the date of arrival:
till 1 month 40 % of the total price
1 month to 1 week 70 % of the total price
up to 1 week 90 % of the total price

If you want to spend your holidays at Haus Brichta later this year we mail to you a voucher for your in-payment which is valid for 12 month.
